OUR PROMISE TO YOU

During these uncertain times and rapidly changing circumstances in which we find ourselves, I want to reassure all our customers that we can continue to support you in the best way that we can.

Like many businesses around the globe we are all facing unprecedented challenges. We are focused on keeping our people safe and healthy whilst serving our customers to the best of our ability. As the situation evolves, and government and NHS advice changes, we are continually adapting and putting in place new operational plans for our own people both in the work place and with our engineers and sales staff.

OUR TRADE COUNTER

We remain open and are trading as normal, we have taken the necessary precautions advised by the Public Health England guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors to our trade counter.

COURIER DELIVERIES

We have Implemented strategies for goods coming in and going out to lower contact with delivery drivers.  We have parcel delivery quarantined areas.

Our courier companies are still collecting and delivering, but as you can image, they are under pressure to make sure deliveries are made on time. From 24.03.20 we cannot guarantee that they be able to deliver on a next day service, so please bear with us if you do request a next day delivery. If you do decide to place a next day order, then please understand you will not receive a credit if the delivery is not on time.

OUR INTERNAL STAFF

We have implemented Skeleton Staff and Working from Home Policies. For people who can't work from home we have changed the working environment to implement social distancing.

OUR EXTERNAL SALES FORCE AND ENGINEERS

Our engineers visiting site are to wear gloves and work with masks and contact site prior to calling to ensure we are still ok to call.  Sales visits are being kept to a minimumand will be looked at on a case by case basis to ensure safety of all parties.

WHAT ELSE ARE WE DOING?

To continue creating community within our workforce we have implemented technologies that allow all staff to be in constant contact with each other.

Obviously this situation is constantly changing and we will constantly review our practices to ensure the safety of all our staff & customers.
