Ravaglioli TYRE PROFILER - TYRE TREAD MEASURING
* For use with an existing RAVAGLIOLI WHEEL ALIGNER*
Tread depth is measured as the vehicle passes over the Profiler at a max. speed of 8 km/h (5 mph).
Measuring system: Stereo cameras plus laser blade.
Measurement results are available within seconds.
Designed with no moving parts to withstanding workshop environment & suitable for axle loads up to 4 tons.
Tyre Tread Profilers are important equipment for the reception bay, to improve the process and save time.
Tyre tread on all wheels is measured very fast: before the driver exits the vehicle, all results are available.
No need for compressed air or an internet connection.
Suitable for installation indoor or outdoor (roof covered).
Prices include for delivery to a UK mainland destination
Prices do not include for any building or electrical works that may be required.

A suitable electric supply
A level floor with suitable recess if required for recess model.
A compressed air supply for optional cleaning system - VARWS101PULAUTO
Where a compressed air supply requires additional pipework this work will be undertaken at additional cost
This kit comprises of:
This is a lower cost option that is designed to work with your existing Ravaglioli Wheel Aligner (see compatible models below) and includes a pair of central platforms with the profile reading system. The cost saving comes from not having to use a seperate PC instead it is operated from the Wheel Aligner
Other options available include;-
Recessed installation option, Reception Area Installation Options.
If you already own a Ravaglioli Wheel Aligner (check model at time of ordering) this system can be integrated so that you do not require a computer.
